The Cedar Key Seafood Festival celebrates the area’s fishing heritage, offering fantastic food, streets lined with arts and crafts exhibitors, and live music by local musicians.

The best part may be the beautiful coastal scenery in this old Florida setting. (The second oldest town in Florida!)

You may think of New England when you think of clams, but Cedar Key is actually one of the nation’s top source of farm-raised clams.

8:30 am- Depart Lake Sumter Landing (1045 Old Mill Run)

8:50 am- Depart Brownwood Location- behind the Brownwood Hotel and The Center for Advanced Healthcare (click here for map)

10:35 am- Approximate arrival time in Cedar Key

2:45 pm- Depart

4:45 pm- Approximate arrival time back in The Villages
